Easthampton, MA -- PVFA offers group classes as well as individual lessons. Their beginning classes are for ages 11 - adult and they also have a class for children ages 7-10 on Saturday afternoons. Members may attend as often as they wish. Fencing is good exercise and is very challenging as well as fun. It offers stress relief, promotes flexibility and better balance.
