Here's how it works:
You pay 30% less than the face value of the gift certificates.
You can purchase as many certificates as are available. Some businesses will restrict the number of certificates you can redeem during one visit or during a specific period of time. Please read the details listed for each business or restaurant.
Each certificate will be honored at the participating business for full value.
There are no black-out date restrictions on when you can use your certificates.
There is $2 shipping/handling fee on every order. (Whether you order 2 certificates, or 200, the fee is still $2.00)
You can choose to have certificates mailed, or pick them up. If you select "mail", certificates will be mailed no later than the next business day. Be sure to supply the correct shipping address during checkout. If you choose to pick up your certificates, you may get them at our main office, 81 Woodard Rd. in Greenfield, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Mon-Fri, or at our Brattleboro office at 458 Williams St. in Brattleboro, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Mon.-Fri. But please give us 24 hours before you attempt to pick up your order.
A few other simple rules:
Some restaurants may limit the number of certificates you can redeem per visit, and may not apply certificates to tax and/or alcohol.
Not valid for gratuity
; must provide cash tip for server. Not valid for banquets.
For any unused amount of certificate, the remaining credit amount shall be noted on face of certificate.
Certificate is not redeemable for cash. Certificate is fully transferable.
Can be used as a gift. Certificate is valid on any item, sale item or service unless otherwise noted. Certificates expire after 7 years from date of issue.
PICK-UP POLICY
: If you select "pick-up" as your shipping option, please allow 24 hours before stopping by the station. If you would like to call and see if your order has been processed , please feel free. (413) 774-4301. We will attempt to process "walk-in" orders whenever possible. However, we cannot process walk-in orders after 12 noon. It is best to order online or give us a call and place your order over the phone. We've attempted to answer most frequently asked questions.
